Dancing Into The New Year 3.0!

"Dancing Into The New Year 3.0" is the 3rd edition of a fan-favorite, dance-centric group fitness series! Back by popular demand, “Dancing Into The New Year 3.0” is all about moving forward, having fun with your fitness, and dancing right into an amazing 2023! Come join for an exciting whole-body, dance-focused workout every week, while also being supported by a great community at the same time. No special equipment needed!


Classes will be every Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:30pm MST, and the entire series is only $60 (or $15 per class if you can’t make the whole series).


So, grab your water bottles, put on your dancing shoes, and come dance into 2023 with us!

What Is The 6-Week Series?

The 6-Week Series is an ongoing opportunity to disconnect from your crazy schedule and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive and at-home environment. Not only do you get an awesome workout, but you will become a member of an online community of other amazing individuals who are on their own fitness journeys and who will support you on your journey every step of the way.

Each 6-Week Series is only $60.00! The weekly, one-hour class, hosted Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm - 6:30pm MST, is accessible via Zoom. If you are unable to commit to the entire 6-Week Series, you can drop-in on any Wednesday session for only $15.00!

The "Holiday Hustle" is all about moving our bodies as we get ready for the upcoming holiday season. This series will look back on some of the fan-favorite exercises of the previous six-week series. We will also incorporate new workouts that are fun, safe and challenging at the same time. The “EMPOWER” 6-Week Series pushes back against critical body image messages by reminding you that you are enough, you already have an awesome “beach body,” and this group fitness community is here to help you enjoy your walk with fitness instead of resenting it. “EMPOWER” is all about embracing our bodies as they are right now by exploring different empowerment themes of IMPACT, POWER, AWARENESS, FUN, SELF-COMPASSION, and TRUST. Each week takes on a different theme and accompanying workout style as you learn how to maximize your at-home space with minimal equipment, all while working out with an amazing, supportive community at the same time! No matter your size, shape, or experience… all are welcome here and it’s time to embrace your self-empowerment today!
