Current 6-Week Series
The "CONNECT" 6-Week Series is all about connecting deeper with your mind and body through intentional, strength-based movement. Each week will provide you with different, strength-forward movement styles, intentions, and tips to help you learn to connect with your body more than ever before, all while working out with an amazing, supportive community at the same time! No matter your size, shape, experience, or access to equipment… all are welcome here and it’s time to embrace your true strength today!
Classes will be every Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:30pm MST, and the entire series is only $60 (or $15 per class if you can’t make the whole series).
