Fall Into Fitness 2.0!
The leaves are slowly changing, the air is getting cooler day by day, and the feeling of Fall is almost in the air! And with the changing of the seasons comes a renewed energy and drive to fall back into a sustainable fitness routine.
"Fall Into Fitness 2.0" is a strength-forward, full-body focused group fitness series that gives you the structure, motivation, and support that you need to establish a sustainable fitness routine this fall season! This strength-based series helps you make the most of your own at-home fitness, while you have fun and work out with a supportive community at the same time. No special equipment or experience needed (But I do encourage you to bring any equipment along if you would like)!
Whether you’ve been working out for years, you’re just beginning your fitness journey, or you’ve never worked out before… ALL are welcome!
Classes are every Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:30pm MST, so grab your water bottles, strap up those gloves, and come kick it with us!
